Agreement to terms
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and CHANCES CASINO LTD for the Chances Casino software, including associated media and electronic documentation (“Software”).
By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
License grant
CHANCES CASINO LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
The Software does not include online accounts, multiplayer services, or paid subscriptions. Those clauses do not apply.
License restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law forbids this limit
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape this website or the Software
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner, including as a tool to operate or advertise a gambling service
Intellectual property
The Software is licensed, not sold. CHANCES CASINO LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including code, models, graphics, and text. This EULA does not grant trademark rights.
- We own the software, algorithms, design, and content in the application
- You own the scenarios and wheel faces you create, which remain on your device unless you choose to send them in a support message
User data and privacy
Use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The app does not collect account, payment, or analytics data as described in clauses that apply to connected products. Local preferences stay on the device.
No subscription
Chances Casino does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple’s standard App Store terms apply to the download itself.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANCES CASINO LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Figures are educational models and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANCES CASINO LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR ANY DECISION MADE AFTER READING A FIGURE.
Termination
This EULA lasts until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
Updates
CHANCES CASINO LTD may provide updates. Continued use after a change to this EULA is acceptance of the modified agreement. The current EULA lives at https://chancescasinoapp.com/eula/.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CHANCES CASINO LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
