Chances Casino (“the App”) is an educational probability reference. It is not a casino, not a betting service, and not a place to play games for money. There are no chips, no wagering, no purchases, and no payouts.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the App. Onboarding asks you to confirm that. If you cannot confirm, do not use the App.
2. App usage
Use the App legally and as an educational tool. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from CHANCES CASINO LTD
- Disrupt, disable, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or this website
- Present the App’s figures as a guarantee of gambling outcomes
3. Educational models, not advice
Figures are produced from stated models (for example, a single-zero wheel or a six-deck shoe). They describe a setup. They are not a prediction of your session, not financial advice, and not an invitation to gamble. Consult qualified professionals for legal or financial questions in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual property
All assets in the App — including visuals, logic, text, branding, and design — are owned or licensed by CHANCES CASINO LTD. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.
5. Privacy and data
The App does not require an account. Preferences, saved scenarios, and custom wheels may be stored locally. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
6. No guarantees
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHANCES CASINO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including any decision to wager elsewhere after reading a figure.
8. Changes and updates
We may update the App and these Terms. The current Terms live at https://chancescasinoapp.com/terms/. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
