Privacy-first design
Chances Casino is an educational odds studio. It does not require an account and does not sell personal information. Calculators, the saved shelf, custom wheels, and settings run on your iPhone.
1. What we do not collect
We do not run advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social graph logins inside the app. We do not ask for a name, payment card, or account password. There are no in-app purchases.
2. What stays on your device
The following may be stored locally so the app can work as designed:
- Onboarding choices, including age confirmation and preferred tables
- Display settings such as model notes and detail level
- Saved calculator scenarios
- Custom fortune wheels you build
You can clear this material with a full reset in Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes local storage.
3. When the app uses the network
Most of the studio works without a connection. The app may use the network to:
- Open this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service in an in-app browser from chancescasinoapp.com
- Show Apple’s App Store review prompt if you choose Rate Chances Casino
Contact support in Settings lets you compose a message and optionally attach a picture. Use that channel only if you are comfortable sharing what you type and attach. You can also email us directly at support@chancescasinoapp.com. We use a reply address only to answer you.
4. Adults only
Chances Casino is for users aged 18 and over. Onboarding requires age confirmation. The app discusses casino mathematics for educational use. It is not a gambling service and is not intended for children.
5. Third parties
Apple may process download and device information under its own policies when you use the App Store. We do not receive a copy of your Apple ID from the app.
This website is static. See our Cookie Policy for how the site itself behaves.
6. Security
Local data remains under your control on the device. No method of storage is perfectly secure. Do not store secrets inside a support message or a saved scenario label.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version lives at https://chancescasinoapp.com/privacy/. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
